When your pet needs urgent care, our Animal Care Clinics are ready to service you during our hours of operation. In the case of an emergency situation after hours, a 24/7 animal emergency hospital is your best bet for fast, effective care. We refer all our clients to two separate animal emergency hospitals: our Geneva clients should contact the VCA Aurora Animal Hospital, and all other clients can call CASE Animal Hospital in Crystal Lake.

Golf Rose Animal Services hospital is open for walk-in care 24/7, however we have appointments for general practice wellness visits Monday – Friday 8am-7pm and Saturdays from 8am – 3pm. Walk-in emergencies will be prioritized and pets with non-urgent needs will be seen as soon as possible.
