Dr. Jill Horton

Veterinarian

Dr. Jill Horton graduated from the University of Illinois College of Veterinary Medicine in 2007. She completed a small animal medicine and surgery internship at VCA Aurora and VCA Berwyn Animal Hospitals in 2008 and has been practicing small animal medicine in the western suburbs since that time. Dr. Horton’s special interests include abdominal and cardiac ultrasound, emergency medicine, and surgery. She decided that she wanted to be a veterinarian at five years old, and insisted to anyone that would listen in Rochelle, IL that she was going to be an animal doctor when she grew up!

In her free time, Dr. Horton loves to spend time with her husband, two children, two dogs and two cats. She enjoys getting outside as much as possible to garden, get muddy running obstacle races and is also hopelessly devoted to the Chicago Cubs.
